ORDERS & PAYMENTS
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite fragrances to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options available at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so please email us at helpjifragrance@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by location)
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit our [Order Tracking Page].
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
PRODUCT & PACKAGING
Are your fragrances authentic?
Absolutely! All our fragrances are 100% authentic, original, and quality-tested. We do not sell replicas or knock-offs.
What size bottles do you offer?
Most of our fragrances come in 50ml, 75ml, or 100ml bottles. Product sizes are listed on each product page.
Do your perfumes come in gift packaging?
Yes! Every J&I Fragrance order is beautifully packed and ideal for gifting. You may also request a personalized message at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened perfume bottles. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What should I do if my item is damaged or I received the wrong product?
Please email us at helpjifragrance@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
